Going along with my weekly comics and geek culture blog, a new podcast to talk about all things comics industry, from a female perspective. NEW EPISODES WEEKLY! Check in Mondays for Comic Book Culture and News, comics in other media and pop culture news, and New Comic Release Discussions from that week! If it has to do with comic books, I’ll cover it here. Special Edition Podcast Episodes are uploaded at least monthly, covering comics history, character backgrounds, MCU and DCEU discussions, and whatever else strikes mine and the audiences fancies. Topics discussed tend to include ideals of social justice, representation in all media, and queer topics, so don’t be surprised! This podcast comes from a progressive queer woman’s perspective. Language is clean unless I get too excited. Come get ”sweaty” about nerdy stuff with me!

Do I obsess a bit over Clea? Yes. Do I try and keep it within healthy limits of fandom? Also yes. But passion still abounds, and that is why we find ourselves here.
Clea is a character with a long history at Marvel Comics, who has recently been brought into the spotlight, arguably for the first time, in her first solo series, titled STRANGE. With this in mind, and the knowledge that she will likely be making her MCU debut this May in Multiverse of Madness, I felt it was time to share what I know about Clea's character.
Starting off with her Family History 06:45, including her mother Umar and the Faltine line she comes from, and her father Orini and the Mhuruuks of the Dark Dimension.
Discussion of various other women she encounters through her journeys in the comics 15:10
Clea's Team Affiliations & Other Relationships 24:18, including allies, enemies, the Defenders, and more.
Her Personal (comic book) History 31:49, running through the important parts of her entire catalogue, hit by hit.
and finally, STRANGE 0:47:26 which I still think should have been called Supreme.
